What a year for our local gardeners!
The vegetables are bigger and better than ever and bushes and trees are loaded with fruit.
Jackie Dings has blue ribbon Brussels sprouts, giant peppers, and plenty of produce to fill her soup pot.

And there’s nothing better than carrots fresh from Cindy Stevenson’s garden. And look at her baby squash that’s determined to mature before the frost hits.

The bears are also loving nature’s abundance with a taste for our mountain chokecherries. Hope they leave some for making chokecherry syrup.
