‘Tis the season of giving. Why not make a very local donation? The AMCS is actively exploring infrastructure funding opportunities for our community, but the cost of building anything these days has been steadily increasing. Donations from residents can help us move ahead with projects to enhance our lives on the mountain.

For example, a financial donation for the Jamie Soule Memorial Park can be made in the following ways:

• By cheque (ensuring that the donor’s name, address, and phone number are provided if not shown on the cheque)
• By credit card through the RDOS Online Payment Portal . Choose the “misc payment” and then enter “Jamie Soule Park donation” in the comment box. (donor’s name, address, and phone information are required)
• In-person at the RDOS office (101 Martin Street) – this could be cash, cheque, or credit card (again, all information must be provided)

Tax receipts will be issued (full names, addresses, and phone numbers are required for tax receipts). The receipts are generally distributed once a year, but if a receipt is required sooner, reach out to RDOS and request it.
